APPLAWS®
was born out of the desire of its Managing Director
(Phillip Weiss) wanting to provide high quality
business, commercial and property law services at a
reasonable price to clients.
While
believing that a lawyer must have a sound theoretical
background (he has a Masters Degree in Commercial
Law), Phillip also thinks lawyers should be able to
give practical legal advice and write in plain
language. This is what he calls 'Applied
Laws'™. That expression has been condensed
into the name APPLAWS®.
